In this thread we will try to list as many artists we can think of who have never had a full album pressed on vinyl (to the best of our knowledge). Singles don't count.

Sheryl Crow
Alan Jackson
All American Idol finalists (except for Ruben Studdard)
Chantel Kreviazuk
Josh Groban
Il Divo
Keith Urban
Ricky Martin (excluding Menudo :D )
Pussycat Dolls

Yes

:stupid:
A little bit of Thorens in my life
A little bit of Nitty Gritty by my side
A little bit of Ortofon is all I need
A little bit of Technics is what I see
A little bit of Stanton in the sun
A little bit of Rega all night long

Tried the opposite type of thread one time before:

Treasured Vinyl that Never Made it to CD
http://audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=49582

There must he a huge number of artists who have never had their recordings on LPs.

I'm pretty sure nothing Cake has put out has ever been on vinyl. :scratch2:

edit: apparently Fashion Nugget was re-realeased in 1997 on vinyl. Now I have to find it!

One good way to do a quick check is to look on ebay under "records". Then enter the name of the band. Obviously not going to give you a definitive answer...but can give you a general idea.

I guess I'll treasure my MMMBop on 12". I just love that song. Gets better every time I hear it.

Yes, and Ryan Seacrest apparently keeps a copy of that CD in his car (Hanson, that is).

I do remember seeing a vinyl copy of the Kobe Bryant (yes you read that right, the LA Laker) album, which never really made it to general play because it was nixed for something along the lines of demeaning and not in line with the NBA's values or something of the sort. This was back in like 99 or even before, I downloaded some tracks on the original Napster when I was a kid. There's also a resurrection of vinyl with the indie rock crowd so a lot of the obscurer bands I listen to are releasing on vinyl. This has nothing to do with the list of "never in vinyl" so here's a few i'm hopefully pretty sure of
