Anyone have a copy of the manual with schematic? I could sure use one. I've got the late model 400 manual if anyone needs that. Thanks!

What's the serial number on yours? The schematics changed during the production run.

Thanks! That's just what I am looking for. Does anyone have the manual or a tube layout? I am trying to roll some pre tubes and I am not sure which tube is which (except the PIs). Thanks!

That's way cool, Dadbar, thanx! :thmbsp: Do you happen to have one for an 800-C? I'd gladly make a donation in your honor.

I don't have the 800C but here is a link to the 800B. Between that and the one for the 500C you might be able to get by.....

If you are willing to spend $20 you can buy the appropriate service manual from AG Tannenbaum (it looks like there were 3 versions of this...). I've bought stuff from them before- they do a nice job binding the approprate pieces together professionally. $17 plus $3 for shipping IIRC....

Good luck with this...MAK

Thanx much. :smoke: If I understand it right, the "B" & "C" refer to the tuner capabilities, so I would think the amp sections are the same on both 800's. :scratch2: I've been kinda leery of tackling this, but having the right specs might push me along.

Not sure. I only have a 400...but the schematics of the amp sections all seem pretty similar among these units if that's all you need to rehab.
