If the grills are "molded plastic" how does any sound get through them? I guess that is why the speakers have so many drivers.

Plastic in this case = foam. Look like they fell off a truck headed for the Guggenheim.

They remind me of Look-Nevada ski gear.
It sez in the ad copy they are "hard to find."
Was somebody looking for them?

This is the famous Anti-Kabuki (TM) design.

According to the theory, that many drivers will heat up and permanently heat weld the molded plastic grills to the cabinets. Then, no one will ever be forced to look at the god awful array of drivers again.
