Thanks for the response from the previous threads with the identification of this turntable I was able to find the replacement belt and other parts to get this turntable going again.

From Eminent technology - Counter weights and weight, arm clamp assembly
From Turntable basics - belt
From ebay - WISA Model 300 air pump

So far I am very happy with the audio performance of this turntable, it is the only turntable that I am using now.
