Thor -

You're getting KILLED! Late in the 2nd quarter the score is: Thor: 9 Spartans: 53! Of course, you've got five [5] players starting later and he has everyone in early games. Anyone taken bets on this one? Enjoy.

Out of the basement again, 75 points, cool! I will double root for KC tomorrow. I need points, points, points! I live in Chokeland
Faider territory, so it's a big to do with bragging rights with neighbors. The lips will flap when I get home big time.:blah:

Thor:

You're getting killed 73-22; looks like you could use some of last weeks points today.

Then again Priest holmes could go off for 52 points tomorrow.........

Andy, good pickup with T.Glenn. I was looking at him earlier in the day before you grabbed him. Them 'Boys are playin' tough and you've got to look at them. Is it just me, or are there a ton of decent WR in our league ON WAIVERS every week. Now QBs and RBs are another matter. Your team looks solid. See ya on Sunday!

This league is all about TDs. I play in a total of 3 and it's funny how the scoring varies. One is all about yards, another about TD and one is sorta in the middle.

Glenn went off against the Dyin' Lions (3 TDs), but may not do as well later, although SHE is a favorite of Parcells. One thing that looks like it's a given is to play your matchups, especially against the Lions. Too bad they play the Bears this week; there's a stinker.
C-ya Sunday!

I saw that clip yesterday; Parcels: "I thought SHE [Glenn] played well". HaH! Looks who's laughing now! Yeah, I've got freinds in other leagues and their scoring is wildly different than ours [big points]. I agree, it's about matchups and who your best or sometimes 3rd string players are up against. Personally, I think it's a shame the way TDs are given such importance, especially when another player has clearly out-played them.

One thing I learned is to read the rules. I knew touchdowns would be big here, but didn't really expect it to be SO BIG. But that's what makes it all so much fun.

In this league, you really gotta watch your kicker too. A few PATs and a couple FGs could make him your #2-3 points person; mine was this week. One field goal is worth 79 yards receiving/rushing or 199 yards passing!
