As much as I love my Trek Y3, I've decided to move on to something more plush, better built for me, and more rigid. I test rode and immediately fell in love with a Jamis XC Comp. It comes with Juicy hydraulic disc brakes and a bunch of other great components. I used to want a Specialized Stumpjumper, but they are ridiculously expensive to get one with decent components.
I took it out on a grassy/dirty/bumpy median section in St. Paul, and the thing just eats up everything. Its more of a cross-country bike with less travel, but man does it ever handle great and inspire confidence.
So, I'd like to know if anybody has an opinion on this bike, or can offer suggestions for a nice "fully."
