Weathertech FX6000

I have a Discovery Channel - Weathertech FX6000 digital indoor/outdoor temperature clock.

Does anyone know where the heck I can get instructions on how to set this thing??? I can't find any on-line reference. I am trying to set the date and time and timezone.
