horn speaker horn shape question

hello, does a horn have to be graduated exponentially or are there horns which have a linear curve. I found some cool looking military antenna horns at a local place I was wondering if theres any point in buying them to try and fit with speakers. just as a fun experiment - theyre really cheap!

hey-Hey!!!,
There are benefits to almost all the different rates of curvature...from Zero( straight conical ) and off to the exponential and others. Bill Woods turned me onto the benefits of conical. It isn't the most efficient horn, or the most compact, but it sure sounds best...:)
