I have doubles of these CD's that I'd like to swap for Vinyl or other CD's. Even one at a time OK. I guess PM me if anyone has any interest.
I'll trade these:
Neil Young / Unplugged
Sting / all this time
Sheryl Crow / Tuesday Night Music Club
Sheryl Crow / The Globe Sessions
Janis Joplin / I Got Dem Old Cosmic Blues Again Mama!
Doors / The Best of The Doors (2 disc)
Yes / Close To The Edge
Bob Dylan / Rolling Thunder Revue (2 disc)
Norah Jones / come away with me
10,000 Maniacs / Mtv Unplugged
The Doobie Brothers / Minute By Minute
Renaissance / Tales of 1001 Nights
Pretenders / Last of the Pretenders
Chumbawamba / Tubthumper (I'll pay you to get this one out of my house)
Looking for Vinyl of: Peter Green, Hendrix, Donovan, Renaissance, Quicksilver, Zombies, that sort of thing, but open to just about anything. I already have pretty much full doors, stones and zep so gotta pass on those, thanks.
Re:my doubles in vinyl I'd also like to swap - I'll have to go through and rate them then start another thread. Might have 50 or better.
A quick random grab of a batch from the vinyl doubles shelf reveals:
Starship/
New riders Purple Sage / Panama Red
Steppenwolf 16 Greatest / 2 copies
Micheal Jackson Thriller
James Gang Straight Shooter
Easy Rider / Soundtrack
Who / Who's next
Greatful Dead Best of / 3 copies
Tull/ Aqualung
Deep Purple / Machine Head
Walsh / Smoker you play...
you get the idea.

Although I have about a hundred records to let go, almost all classic rock, don't see anything I would be interested in. I am more into jazz, and the unusual stuff that you never hear. I picked up Quicksilver's Comin Thru the other day. I was surprised to see them mentioned. I would like to trim down my CD Jazz collection also. Hard bop, and some ECM titles by Jarrett and the like that I just don't listen to much anymore. -Mark-

I can pick up a couple nice condition Strawbs records at the local record store. I think they are $2 each. Now that I see some of what you want, I can get it if I don't have it. Chick Corea, Pink Floyd, Joan Baez, and the Electric Flag I have on vinyl. I have a lot of Keith Jarrett ECM CD's that I never listen to. And Carla Bley, Paul Bley, Dexter Gordon, Sonny Rollins Box Sets, Thelonious Monk Box Set, and other stuff that I am to lazy to type in at the moment. I have Pink Floyd Division Bell on Blue Vinyl. I bought three cpoies when it came out. Magically one has disappeared. Anyway, I still have two.
Now I just found a NM Copy of Charlie Byrd's "Blues For Night People". Original Savoy from 1957. $4 at the same store that has the Strawb LP's. That's the kind of stuff I like. Picked up Lobo's Of A Simple Man just for the music. $2? Don't ask me who prices this stuff, but I find some good stuff in there weekly that I could sell or trade for much more than I paid for it. I will make a list, and send it along in the next few days. -Mark-

This sounds like a bootleg. You would find one of those at a record show. Doubt I will find that. Did find nice copies of "Bare Trees", and "Mystery To Me" today.
