i just wish to thank SteveP for his help in findinding me a philips ah673 tuner.iwasnt really advertising that i was looking for one but i guess he read all my posts about philips gear and thought id be interested in one his friend might have for sale.i said sure.it turns out that steve and his friend are located right in my city.(what are the odds of that?)im thinking great,so i got in touch with his friend(ron)and inqure about the tuner.to make a long story short ron let me take the tuner home and try it out before i made a decision.well i made my decision and im now the proud owner of a philips ah673.its people like steve that make these boards worth visiting and posting too.if i hadnt been posting needless to say this oppurnity would have not came up and although steve didnt sell me anything i still feel he should get some reconition for what he did.thanks alot STEVEP.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you were able to make a deal with Ron. Buying locally sure beats having to deal with shipping problems and costs.
