Stopped by Street Corner Music today and snagged a mitfull of $5.00 ticket vouchers for the "Summer of Love" show at DTE 7/15. They lawn seats, but not too shabby; A bunch of us used the same for BB King a couple of years back.

At any rate, it's a dinosaur rock tour of SF bands including Jefferson Starship w/ Balin & Kantner, Quicksilver w/Freiberg and Duncan, Moby Grape w/ Jerry Miller, and Big Brother and The Holding company w/ Getz, Gurley, and Albin.

Sure it's probably a bunch of old guys banging out tunes from the glory days, but hey, it's $5.00 with the voucher, so WTF, eh?? I'm thinking of going; anybody got a psychedelic VW Microbus we can drive up in???? :lmao:

BTW they also had several other shows including Chicago & America, and the Charlie Daniels Band wsg The Marshall Tucker Band, so if those wet your whistle, it might be worth a trip to 13 & Southfield
