Think I am going to cue up some Guess Who and Blue Rodeo right now. :) Sandy G 07-01-2007, 11:00 AM Laugh if you want, but my fave Guess Who tunes are "Life in the Bloodstream", "Star Baby", & "Clap For the Wolfman". Another Canadian group that I like was Lighthouse- They had a very nice song in early '73 called "Pretty Lady". tentoze 07-01-2007, 11:03 AM About as far as I'm willing to go here is Ian Tyson. RichPA 07-01-2007, 11:03 AM Already played two albums by Sam Roberts this morning :music: luvvinvinyl 07-01-2007, 11:16 AM Holly Cole spinning, right now. Great Big Sea up next, followed by John McDermott I'll probably dust off the Gordon Lightfoot LPs, later. jcmjrt 07-01-2007, 11:20 AM I'll probably dust off the Gordon Lightfoot LPs, later. Definitely worth a spin. bolly 07-01-2007, 11:25 AM if I had TIGA: You gonna want me on viny, I'd definately give it a spin or two! :D Billfort 07-01-2007, 11:38 AM Never really thought about the date but it's funny, everything I've listened to so far is Canadian; Holly Cole - temptation Ray Montford - shed your skin Blue Rodeo - five days in July I've finally got some time to just listen and do some tube rolling; the new 2A3's are sounding pretty nice in the bass and CD's are amazingly not screaming at me to get to vinyl yet (love this AudioNote DAC). Next up I think I'll try an Amperex in the line-stage and some Cowboy-Junkies, Greg de Denus Trio and Sara McLachlan. |
