Sony SA-WM500 subwoofer

Just got a pair of these

(shows what I got, not where I got them, were eBay buys)
I have been really impressed with the 8-inch, 75-watt SA-WM200 in my PC system.
These will be going into the HT system.

The first of two SA-WM500 subwoofers arrived today. The computer box was in rough shape, but the Sony looks OK.
We'll have a shootout later between the A-Neutronics and the Sony.
Not a very large thing, very compact for a 12-incher.
Gotta go to the Ace Hardware store, the post office, and maybe to Radio Shack.

Decent subwoofer, much more compact than I would have thought. I think the A-Neutronics is similar in output.
I've got to think how to run all four subs in the HT :banana:

Iirc the Sa-W... 100? 120? was considered quite a bargain back in the recent day.
