Hello AKers:
I have been on the periphery of this great forum for awhile now. I am a true wallflower, only occasionally ducking in only to duck out immediately. I feel now that I want to become more involved so here goes.
About Me; middle-aged, married, manager of local Salvation Army Thrift Store.
Audio Experience: studied audio recording and reproduction techniques at local technical school. Was heavily into audio, was once lost now finding my way. CD's drove me away, analog is bringing me back.
My system: Various NAD, SAE and Hafler components. Dual, Denon and Technics TT's. H/K and Denon CD players. Speakers, Audiosource (the deck), Paradigm (HT), Design Acoustics PS10's, Advent Legacy's, and Fluance bookshelves ( yes THOSE speakers). I have a pair of baby Maggies I will be rebuilding this winter. Headphones both Grado and Sony. Iriver MP3
Just to answer one question up front only the Paradigms and the Fluance were acquired at the store. And the Dual TT.
Hopefully I will be able to add something to this great community of Music lovers. Thank you, Brad.
