I know from personnel experience that the music used to demo a system can make or break a sale. I was just wondering what BrianB, Omer and our other members that are in the biz use to bring out the best in a system? Back in the day (late 70’s), I used a lot of Spyro Gyra, Carly Simon, Linda Ronstadt, Carole King and various movie soundtracks just to name a few. Female vocals always seemed to have the most positive effect.

Supertramp's Crime of the Century on MFSL is one of my my favorites for showing off. I have been convinced to buy a few peices by listening to that one, a few years back. Lots of nostalgic value for me. Anything by Steely Dan will do the trick too.
Steely Dan for me too. Jack Johnson is really good too, Diana Krall, Holly Cole, etc.
Anything on the Chesky label...............
We've started our own music lable - UnityAudio.ca - the first release is an ambiant/new age style disc that has gotten praised by the NY Audio Society, and is being used as a reference disc at Response Audio in NY! :D
