Just looking for something that doesn't:
1) Cost an arm and a leg.
2) Require the UPS battery to kick in in order to properly regulate the voltage. (Whether buck or boost).
It also has to be fairly quiet and maintain 120VAC. (A unit with a + or - of 5 or 6 percent isn't maintaining 120VAC.) Must be in the 500 - 1000 watt range.
Plus, it needs to have an LCD display panel, and preferably NOT rack mount.
Outside of asking for miracles, does this unit even exist???
