I'm confused. Is this the couple local guys getting together at someone's house Grumpy and I talked about on the phone a few days back, an alternative to the MW AudioFest, formerly of Lima, OH, or something new?

If it's a full blown event, then make it as grand as you can, with all the bells and whistles, but I'm still not averse to getting together with some locals (and there's at least 1-2 dozen within 100 miles) of here to listen to a few tunes, check out some equipment, shoot da chit, and knock back a few chillys.

It's all a matter of scale; an afternoon with the guys is a whole lot different than an event on the scale I see in this topic. Both sound great, just two different animals

I understand that there is to be an AudioKarma fest in a hotel in your area. Perhaps you should take this opportunity to have an audio get together at your place around the same time so that some AK'ers can get together with you since they'll be in the area? Just an idea. :D

Actually this started out as a couple of guys at Grumpys, then turned into Grump Fest and now is AK Fest. Yes, the scope has grown to allow more people and actual vendors to show their wares.
