Audiokarma Fest 2008 will be held in Southfield Michigan at the Plaza Hotel on May 3,4 of 2008.

This year should be the biggest show we have done ever ! The festival will take place in 50 rooms on two floors of the hotel.

The 08 show will once again feature many fine systems from our very own members along side some of the biggest names in todays audio.

Many more announcements will be made in the future so please check back often.

The gear can vary from free to 5 figures or more. The Fest is all about meeting people, listening to music, having fun, and purchasing an after thought for many. I hope I don't detract any exhibitors with that statement.
It's just one mans observation from the last 2 annual parties, I mean, shows.
I'll tell you what Ray, you show up, I'll pay your way in.
There aint nothing like a Detroit party! I'm going to see if we can't get Kid Rock to show up this year. :scratch2:

How would I go about giving away some parts machines at the fest? Would I need a table of some sort? I have some components that don't work 100% but I can't bring myself to throw them away. :tears:

That is one of the hold ups. Last year at 4:00 am we were up because it sounded like someone was trying to kick in the door. The leak in the bathroom and the U shapped bed didn't help. Maybe Dave can get us a in on the remodeled rooms :scratch2:

You book your room for Friday and Saturday nights. You won't be the only one there.

Well the wife gave me a couple conditions but nothing I can't work through so I'm coming. Thinking about buying the aeroplane ticket ASAP cause I don't think the fares will be going down!

I'm hoping to bring a couple RCM's to DEMO and peddle away to help off set having to travel halfway across the continent.

It would be great if a little training session on how to use oscilloscopes could be arranged. Basic use and troubleshooting....stuff like that for novices.....!?

It is the ONLY way to go. I did a Saturday flight and had to get up at 4:00am to catch my flight.
