Here's something I built last year. I assembled the Goldpoint ladder attenuators (10k) and used a passive TDS device that boosts the output slightly and adds a little life to the signal. The TDS can be bypassed via a switch on the PCB. Simple DPDT switch for the input selection. All wire is the same as the Kimber PBJ. All panel decals were made using a word processing program and photo paper (two more pics to follow).

cool, but wouldnt it be alot easier to just have one knob? for someone who changes the volume alot, havin a setup like that would be quite tedious :(

True...but I wanted the ability to control balance. Being a musician, there are times where I want to isolate one channel over the other. Using a traditional balance control would degrade the signal. The only thing I left off of this that I will add later is a stereo-mono switch. That way the left only or right only signal will come from both speakers. Also, some tuners don't have a mono switch and nothing is more annoying than a weak stereo fm signal.
