I agree about the review of Rush in Rio. good performance but it was marred by poor mixing. sometimes it seems like we can't hear geddy lee's vocals. i used to own exit stage left on laserdisc great performance horrible mixing and sound.

What i am waiting for and will probably never get is moving pictures or 2112 on multi-channel super audio cd. both these albums have great potential for surround sound.

i remember going to a concert in the late 80's and the band put so much heart into their concerts i would rate them # 1 as a live band. their newer stuff is ok but not as timeless as the older stuff

The next time I bump into Neil Peart I'll tell him what you'd like.
