I have some bulbs burnt out in my MC2002 and I am thinking about replacing them but I wonder if I need to know anything about what I should or should not do when taking this beast apart. It looks like it will bite pretty badly if I am not careful. Has anyone done this before lately that could help me and give me some advice? The power light and the green logo lights do not work. Is the power switch light a special lamp and if so, how does it come off? I was thinking about removing the front panel to do this. Will I need more life insurance? Thanks for any help.

Does anyone know if the power switch light on the McIntosh 2002 is a special lamp and if so, how does it come off? It says it is a lamp and since I do not have a service manual I don’t know. I took the numbers off of it and ask the local parts store but they have never heard of it before. I took off the panel and can't get the power switch off. It does not light up. But I think it is suppose too. Anyone know? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
