Listen to them and one thinks so what other albums did they make that I need to get.

There are times, when I'm in a certain mood, that George Thorogood and the Destroyers fit the bill like no other. I'll admit, it doesn't come around often, so I rarely play them. I actually saw them in concert back in the college days (mid-80s), and they rocked for 2.5 straight hours.

I have two albums on vinyl:
Better Than The Rest (1979)
Move it on Over (1978)

And three on cd:
30 Years of Rock
Let's Work Together (Live)
The Baddest of G.T.

I'm partial to the first two on vinyl, in large part due to the fact that "Bad to the Bone" doesn't show up on either.

I still spin my vinyl version of George Thorogood and the Destroyers (1977) once in a while. It is on the Rounder label and was reissued in 2003 on CD.

I saw George for like $10 in Danville, Va several years ago and he was great. I feel like Lonesome George doesent really get the recognition he deserves. The man can flat out play a mess of Blues and Boogie music like few others really. Perhaps he got screwed by becoming a name on MTV back in the 80's with "Bad To The Bone" and he is now typecast as the guy who played "Bad To The Bone.

There is so much more to him than that.
