WTF was The Prodigy thinking picking her up?

First time I ever heard her (2004)... "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned"...

Got a good beat, but her voice... :wtf:

I've heard worse...

I knew her from that band too, but I never knew The Prodigy worked with her, and I'm disappointed.. She has too common of a voice for me..

I'm a large Prodogy fan, and it just shocked me..

I have heard worse.. you're right.. but what couch was she posing on to hang with Prodogy?

:puke:

If only she were remotely attractive...

Juliet Lewis is an interesting case. If I'm remembering correctly, she didn't have an interest in music until the character she played in Strange Days sang covers of a couple of PJ Harvey songs. Evidently, she enjoyed playing a rock star and decided to become so in real life switching from actress to rocker. Her singing ability is definitely polarizing from what I've seen.

They put smiley faces on Wal-Mart bags for a reason.. she isn't so bad from the neck down :scratch2:

So I'm not the only one that wonders WHY???? She isn't set as a singer in my book...

No kidding. Whenever I see Lewis on TV or in anything but the most carefully selected, heavily airbrushed (notice how your picture has no fine details at all?) images, she looks like a recovering meth addict. Seems that it doesn't take much to be considered attractive these days. For Juliet Lewis, all she has to do is flash her tits, what there is of them, whenever someone sneezes and it's covered. She certainly has no compunction against that. Me, I tend to relate actual beauty with being 'hot'.

Hi
saw her with the Licks (the licks are just real professional musicians who could support anyone...) in Berlin two yrs ago. Voice? no, but a kind of presence on stage and a kind of ambition that the audience could feel, was a fun party in a small club (3-400 people) with a good band with a mediocre singer... but not a bad eve at all. How many bands had worse singers...

I find worse than her voice her Hubbardish pseudoreligion (if anybody feels offended by this, Mod: just delete the sentence, but i have some problems with those, living next to the former berlin headquarter of them for years)

shes been in any Tarantino movie i guess...

It is the preferred faith of Tinseltown's "acting" class, a micro-community where one's connections to the industry -- and jobs -- are made.

She always plays in the weird movies. First movie I saw her in was "Kalifornia." It was in the 90's, check it out if you have not seen it. But I would have never guessed her as a singer, crack junkie yes, singer NEVER.
