Question for anyone who is controlling the music for their New year eve party. What type of music will you be playing? I have a 15 cassette set of Top 30 R & B songs from 1958 -1973 that should get major play time with some upbeat but down home blues. Of course, there will be guest request!

We are going to my brother's house this year. He and I will be spinning some Stan Kenton, Henry Mancini (the jazz-swing stuff), Dizzy Gillespie, Dave Brubeck, Tommy Dorsey, and of course, Guy Lombardo at midnight!

I should also say that we are putting this together on reel to reel tape because there is no way I am taking my records to a party with 5 cases of beer that will be consumed!!! I have had visions of drunkards (myself included) miss-handling my vinyl!
