Probably won't sit long at that price.

Again, is this some kind of bargain?

I looked at this receiver and it is in pretty nice shape. He originally wanted $650 a couple of months ago.

He has an apartment full of gear. Some of it is exceptionally good stuff, but is not in great cosmetic condition (for the most part).

Not a bargain but a good price.

Being in DC you can do better. A lot better. You can buy some nice vintage seperates at this price. Maybe a little more money at most. DC CL, :scratch2:.

GONE! The last few KR-9050's sold for $600 plus so I would say this is a decent deal.

For a 200wpc receiver from that era, I'd say yes. Kenwood was a respectable name with a respectable product back then.

If only I had that much time. I have no problem paying a fair price for a piece of gear. I don't search CL all day at work since I get paid to go there to work. When I come home there are many other things I rather do then update the sale page on CL. Basically, my priorities are not bargain hunting.
