Stopped at Fair Radio Sales in Lima, OH today. If they don't have it , you didn't need it. Tons and tons of surplus, both industrial and military. Lots of big PTs, chokes, and other trans. Not much (if any) in OPTs. Oil bath and motor start caps in plenty as well. They carry the usual parts and the off beat. I could spend hours just wandering and looking at all the unusual military and industrial equipment.
Prices are reasonable as well . Bought some nine pin ceramic sockets for $1.10 each, 1/32 shrink tube for .87 .

They are right off I-75, easy on/off.

Super Pro 200.
So you're saying mine is some mil packaged (and abused) version of a Super Pro 200? And did they typically have a separate PS? That PS seems WAY overboard for the receiver -- was there a third transmitter unit powered by the same PS?
FWIW, the unit worked fine last time I used it, despite the cosmetics.
Thanks, guys!

Yup, yup, and no, there wasn't a transmitter. That's why this is considered one of the "ultimate" boatanchors!
And, it's a terrific receiver, btw. When gone through and aligned, it'll really hold its own, especially BCB DXing. Good audio!
Iirc, that's an "engraved" front panel, with the lettering punched into the metal, right? If so, stripping and repainting isn't all that difficult. That, and clean up the knobs (don't use 409 or similar), and it'll really look spiffy!
