They are 48V telecom power supplies. don't know why, but 48V is the standard for the industry.

dunknow what a fair price for these are ?
mebbe $40 for the pair of three?
is this reasonable?
I don't know I just know that they worked when I powered them down and thats one heck of a transformer in there.

They almost look like audio power amps already! Maybe just a few mods and you can get Hi Fidelity sound with these.
