I noticed a tube cd player made by Prima Luna Company. Michigan dealer did not have one to audition, but I wondered how it sounds. Any interest in a McIntosh version? Why or why not? Thanks.

Judging from some of Ron-C's comments, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for McIntosh to release a CD player with a tube output. Personally, if you're going to release a digital product with a tube output, better to put the tube output in a D/A Converter, so you can get that tubey goodness on all your digital sources.
