Well, take a wild guess where that guy will more than likely go when he wants to buy his next audio masterpiece...And because of that story, they might rack up another sale or 2 as well..Good customer service like that NEVER hurts... And if these things are as expensive as I think they might be, they can afford a little largess like that.
