For example, STK086 replaced 084, which replaced 083, which replaced 082, well, you get my drift. Each was rated at a higher voltage and more power. jpdylon 02-05-2008, 11:31 PM Try here: http://www.matelectronics.com/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2ematelectron ics%2ecom%2facatalog%2f&WD=stk0039&SHOP=%20&PN=Mat_Electronics_STK_Semiconductors_387%2ehtml%2 3aSTK0039#aSTK0039 Thanks, I'll give them a shot! Paul C 02-06-2008, 11:11 AM STK0040 can be substituted, as well as STK0049 and STK0059. These are rated a few volts higher, a little more watt output, and 7 amp (vs 5 A for 0039) collector current. Package is same size, same lead spacing, hole spacing. |
