Actually, it just arrived.
nice looking unit, with three power supplies inside, giving the unit some heft. Features high current drive analog stages, 20 bit independent channel push-pull D-A Converters, 8x Oversampling, 32 kHz - 48 kHz Digital Input, 8x interpolating digital filter, two 2/3-order low-pass anti-imaging filters, phase reversal, the afforementioned 3 separate transformers for the digital and each analog channel, and a weight of 15.4 lbs.
Some folks claim it a bit overcomplicated in design, but we shall see.
A site, ASE Audiotuning, sells upgrades to this DAC that supposedly make it sing like a zillion dollar dac.
