Hi All,
Last night I decided to change one of the presets on my tuner. So I slid the unit out from the cabinet via the Panlocs and made my adjustments. As I was sliding my tuner back into the cabinet and locking the Panlocs I noticed that the faceplate glass had become rather loose. With the tuner locked into the cabinet, I find that if I gently lift and down on the right panloc button, the whole face plate shifts up and down approx. 1/4" (incuding the bezel with the digital display). The left side has slightly less play than the right. I don't seem to remember the front of this unit having this much play before so I'm wondering what I could have done to cause this.
I checked the screws on the top and sides of the faceplate frame and they seem tight and it actually seems that the whole faceplate frame is loose relative to the rest of the tuner. I'm obviously concerned that having this much play will stress and potentially break the glass. Any thoughts on what else I should check?
