There is someone on ebay selling a MC225 w/ a beautiful cover. Does anyone know where I might get one for my 225. It's georges and would help keep the dust off. I WANT ONE!

Not to be rude, but I wonder if the maker has McIntosh's approval to use the logo.

You could probably get somebody to sew the basic bag at a fairly reasonable cost not sure what materials would cost but I doubt the actual sewing would take more than than 1-2hrs to do.
The embroidery shouldn't be difficult either I see shops at the mall offering custom embroidery on baseball caps for $10-15. Probably wouldn't be too difficult for them to copy the Mac logo.
I guess the real question is how many people want one of these as I imagine a onezie or a twozie would be more expensive per unit than making a small batch.

I have one like this made for my 240, in navy blue. Looks very nice.
But it is now too small for my 275.

I have one for my 225 that I purchased on ebay a couple of years back. It is blue velvet with gold scrollwork. I just looked on eBay as I know the seller had a name like bietchadu (not correct though). I just saw a listing of they had placed the other night on some equipment as I remembered that was who I purchased it from but they were selling various audio equipment but no covers.
If I find the name, I will let you know. I know they left me FB on the purchase but didn't feel like searching 2500 feedbacks. My ebay name is barrynsue if you want to take the time to look as I know the name is close to what I mentioned above. Maybe they would make you one as they made them for the 225, 240, and 275.
Good luck,
Barry

Found it. I was close on the name but here it is.

If you talk to them, you may want to mention that a few members here are looking for a variety of covers. They did a beautiful job for about $25.00 and fits the amp perfectly!

Response received -- negotiating price for his remaining stock -- which isn't much (4 covers for MC240 & 1 for MC275). Color is dark blue, emboidered gold swirls on the corners & McIntosh as Barry mentioned above.
What ever the bottom line is would be divisible by 5, plus mailing to anyone interested.
He advised his contact who made these is no longer interested/available. I have mentioned there could be renewed interest for equipment besides the 3 amps (225, 240 and 275).
Will update.

Barry, did you ask (or can you find out) if these covers are lined in matching colored satin. Mine is like that and I'm trying to figure out if there's another possible source.
