Well, I just bought one of the cases (tube caddy) for $10 empty and another a while back that was full for $5. Right here would be a good place to sell the tubes. In the Audio for Sale Forum. You would have to list all the tubes, whether they are loose or in boxes and the boxes checked to make sure they have the correct tube in them.
Put a post in the proper TV forum as lots of tube were used in TVs that never were used in audio. Loctal tubes are mainly radio so the antique radio forum should know.

Without knowing what you've got, or what shape they are in, its hard to say much of anything. They could be hidden gems, or ancient turds.
As thatch said, different tubes will apeal to different types of hobyists.
Tube caddies are nice.
Let us know what you have-it could be interesting.
good luck,
Jack

Actually some small tubes are more valuable than most large tubes.

Manufacturer and date of manufacture figure in the equation.

Post a listing of types and maker.
