The world could learn a thing or two from this Lady & her family. Dogs are color blind ain't they? :smoke:

Looks like you cropped out the caption on the last pic:

"Of course I'll take care of it. What the hell is it?"

That is cute. Dachshunds are my favorite. I'm thinking about getting a miniature longhair.

:dunno: This is all that I got in the e-mail. I'd really like to have the pig though. A pink pig and a chocolate lab, would make for a helluva picture on my nightly walks.

Pigs generally do NOT make very good pets. a girl I knew had a cute l'il Vietnamese potbelly, it WAS cute when it was a l'il feller, but when it got to be 400 lbs & looked rather more like a wild boar, it wasn't exactly "cute" anymore. It was not afraid of people, indeed if you came into the yard, it would accost you for food, 'cause everybody had fed it when it was a baby. Ruined her yard-Pigs naturally "root", & will dig up all vegetation, eating the roots & stuff. Nor are they particularly well housebroken-her yard soon became a smelly sty. And it was NOT a friendly animal-and its tusks meant business. Yeah, they're cute when they are tiny like that, but they soon turn into swine.

Cute, but... the pig will quickly outstrip the pups in growth, and therefore milk consumption, potentially starving the pups. I'd monitor the heck out of it, and start planning NOW for a bottle and a relocation for the pig.

Don't let it get to big to fit on the grill.
