JBL LX44's - Good deal?

I've got the opportunity to pick up a pair of JBL LX44's for $100. They need a refoam job done which I'll try it myself. Other that that they seem fine. Is that a good deal?

I had a pair that I sold for $60 or so, refoamed and complete. I found the tweeter a bit harsh, and they didn't hold a candle to the similarly sized 4301b...
