broken teac x-2000

hey, i have a teac x-2000 reel to reel that powers up but when you press any of the transport buttons it starts to move and then stops. i've had this checked out and a couple of guys think that it is the logic board, which can be replaced for about two hundred dollars. So my question is how much do you guys think this is worth as is?

I would say this is probably reasonably far enough from a valuation question that you would be fine posting in the RTR forum. Don't double-post though; maybe PM a mod an ask for your topic to be crosslinked or moved.
