I have one of these on the way what I need to know is about the XLR connections. I am told that pin 3 is the hot one on this deck, and since I will be going to an RCA connection do I need to change anything. Or can I just buy some adapters and go from there? Also I will need an owners manual, does anyone know where I can get one?
