5 week we moved to a much bigger location and had some problems with the move.

we moved to bigger location to hire more employees so we can process orders quicker and and add more vinyl titles.

When we moved Verizon cut the phone lines into the warehouse....which left us without phone service for 3 1/2 weeks and no Internet in the office for 10 days,We are sorry if this caused any confusion

We have hired 3 more warehouse & vinyl packers to get all the orders out much quicker and have added about 400 titles last month.

we are going to be offering UPS starting April 1st for better order tracking

We are good to go with a staff of 10 now

Good luck! If it were me though, I'd wait one more day to use UPS, to avoid any misunderstandings. :D ;)

Seth, Glad to hear your back up and running. I know on a couple other forum there was a little grumbling. I will if you don't mind wander over there and fill them in for you.

Can't wait for Summer Overtime checks to get here I see lots of things I want at Soundstage Direct!!!!
