Variable DC, 2A power supply

Hello fellow DIYers.
Found a nice variable DC power supply at Parts Express.
Has six DC voltages (3, 4.5, 6, 7.5. 9, & 12) with 2 amp output.
Best part....ON SALE....$15.90.

I know, I know.....probably should be in Dollars and Cents forum.
BUT......my guess is DIY people would probably be MOST interested!

I think we got one of these at work... I was kind of boggled at the lack of 5V output. WTF?

I've seen these same power supplies being hawked for tattoo parlors?
I guess the ability to change instrument speed is more important than an actual voltage?
Your guess is as good as mine?
