Saturday is now sold out at the Embassy Suites Hotel.
The Hyatt Park Place has graciously offered to accept our over flow. This is a very nice hotel which just so happens to be the closest to the festival. Its 1.2 miles away or under 5 minutes via car.
The Embassy Suites will pick up our guests from the Hyatt and shuttle them to the fest free of charge. This will be an as needed shuttle. In other words you must call 1-734-462-6000 and request shuttle pick up. They tell me at most it should be is a 1/2 hour wait. Return to the Hyatt should be less of a wait. This service will be operated between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm.
Room rates are 99.00 per night. To reserve your Hyatt room please call toll free 1-888 HYATTHP and mention group code AK Fest. This rate includes a free Continental breakfast. For more info on the fest or hotels please visit www.akfest.com See you all there.
