Watched a little bit of SotL last night on Encore. Does anyone remember which book Hannibal is reading while incarcerated in Baltimore (the cage from which he escapes)? Last night, the book was simply "Poetry," but I'm SURE it was an actual title when I've seen the movie before.


I have a vague recollection which title, but don't want to influence anyone else's memory.

My original thought was that Hannibal was reading Ginsberg's "Howl." Does that ring any bells????
I'm changing my mind--now I think it's William S. Burroughs' "Naked Lunch" which makes more sense since the guards are about to become "lunch" for Lecteur.
