Anyone familiar with the JVC TX-2?
I can't get it to stay on a station without it drifting.
I get a little bit of luck with the manual settings, but it takes alot of fiddling. Once set, I don't dare change stations. The auto set is hopeless.
I'd hope someone is familar enough with this unit to help me find a fix.

Get a better tuner. That'll fix it.

I had a c. 1978 Onkyo T-15 that was rock solid. Once locked on a station, and it was quite easy to lock on, it just would not drift, no way, no how. And every tuner or receiver since has been just as good in that respect.

Thanks Paul
I don't listen to radio enough to care spending the money. I find very little of interest on commercial radio.

With a good tuner, and good antenna, I'm sure you could find plenty to listen to. I know I do.

My call is an emphatic NO. The only radio I've heard in years worth an ear is campus radio ( in Canada, generally one per major city). Everything else is a complete waste of time, at least the music stations.
