This is great, keep them coming! My hopes are that this thread will provide those of us at work the opportunity to have as many quality links in one place as possible. Hyper links are really appreciated.

Any other jazz suggestions? Just don't try to sneak any smooth jazz by me. :D

I will second the KPLU choice. Excellent programming. I have never tried the streaming angle though so I can't comment on quality...yet.

My tuners at home are pretty much locked on KPLU. :music: I hope their Spring pledge-drive (public radio) goes well but I'm not looking forward to the interruptions when it starts on Weds...

If classical is in your realm, we have a great station here in Saint Louis that has just gone back to streaming. It is KFUO FM, better known as Classic99. They have a website that is supported by local folks and their sound and choice is pretty fine. Hope you will give this a listen. Let us know how you like it.

kexp.org in Seattle has a 1.4Mbps uncompressed stream that sounds mighty good. Its all over the board as far as programming. I like Michelle Myers on Friday evenings, and everything is archived back two weeks.

Is the best sounding one that I have found. Our local Jazz station online KMHD is a great station....doesn't sound good online...bummer.

I would also recomment Radioio. My Comcast Internet allows me a free subscription to Rhapsody Radio. They have an incredible number of good quality radio stations.
