Unless you really NEED the Dolby processing, I'd go with the 3200 or 3600. The 3800 is a wonderful piece of engineering and sounds great, but has some parts (ICs) that are hard to source if they fail.
If you do get a 3800, it's likely that every electrolytic cap on the Dolby board will need to be replaced.
