Greeting's !

This is a great site and I hope to learn a bit , and possibly , not cause any damage when giving my 2 cents ....
I'm 48 and spent the better part of my professional life in installing car and home audio In northern N.J. , and , at present , southeast of the city of brotherly love .

I love music , played guitar since the age of seven and think the audio quality on cell phones is abominable .

I make my own beer and speaker cabinets , and think the thermionic valve is a wonderful thing . (Homer Simpson voice with drool )....thermionic valves ........
I can be a bit of a smart @ss at times .

Thank's in advance ,

Buddy

Yeah, you'll fit in just fine here. And, with that pedigree, you'll be getting a lot of requests for fellow AK'ers to come visit. Welcome to AK!

Thank's for the warm welcome .

If I'm playing acoustic , (I've got a d-28 & a d-25-m ) , I like to play Bluegrass and some Folk or light rock . With the electric , Blues , Rock , and Heavy metal . I traded an old tube Fender twin a couple years ago for an elec./acoustic bass that I built a bridged gainclone style , spackle bucket amp for added volume at:beerchug: folkfest's .
I did the artwork for the circuit board on paintbrush and powered it with a cordless drill battery . It can play all day and keep up with 3-4 guitars etc .
great for those late night camp jam's .:thmbsp:
