I just saw an ad in the AdTrader (kind of like a UK Craigslist, but not as good) for a pair of "big Sansui speakers".
I gave the guy a ring and it turns out they are SP-3005's, which are apparently pretty rare - a google session brought back a Craigslist ad for $900. He says they are in perfect condition with only a couple of small marks on top. It's a 150 mile round trip though...and I'm not sure if I have the space for these beasts.
However, if they really do sound something special, I think it might be worth it. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks in advance.
