Hi, I just signed up to use this site and I'm really excited because I just know you all have a ton of great info. I just hope my really basic questions are going to be okay.

I have a 1960's era New Vista Victrola (RCA Victrola) that was torn apart (all of the speakers were pulled out by cutting all the wires) before I bought it. I really want to put it back together so I can use it. After searching all over the web, this site seemed like the best place to get some good info.

Anyway...that said, I live in Los Angeles and I run a private cooking studio.

Thanks in advance, I'm sure this is going to be a fun!

-Rachael

Welcome to AK, Rachel! :music:

I see you've already found the Cooking & Spirits Forum. :D Feel free to submit us a meal for "Dinner with AK", many of us enjoy food almost as much as audio!

You'll also find quite a few other professional Chefs here, as well. I can personally testify to the quality of cableguy's cuisine, I have been the fortunate recipient of a meal or two with him. I'm afraid your place is a bit too much of a drive for me, however. :)

My advice would be to snap some photos of what your fixing and post them up. Much easier to see what you have going on when it comes to repairs.
