Marantz 6110 turntable anti-skate missing

I recently acquired a Marantz 6110 turntable that is in amazing condition considering I bought it at an auction for $3. The only problem I have is that the counterweight and string for the anti-skate is missing. If anyone could give me guidance as to where i may find a replacement or specs to make my own I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I would think a piece of fishing line and an appropriate fishing weight would do the trick.

Can anyone weigh the weight for you? COME ON someone can!!

I'll be weighing my 6110 antiskating weight for Old School next week. You are right - there is always someone out there!!

Thanks to Scorpex my setup is now complete. the weight is excactly 1 gram. thanks to everyone who has replied. P.S.- turns out fishing line is a little bit too stiff for such a small weight, i ended up using a length of thread that i doubled up with the sinker crimped on to the end.:thmbsp:
