Ohm C2 - Any listeners out there?

Just wondering if these are worth getting - I have read that they sound excellent. But for 110 bucks, with one speaker non-functioning and rotting foams?

Deal or not?

I have a pair of D2's that I listen to almost daily.
They are two way (instead of three way like the C2's)
The one non-working speaker might need to be recapped and the surrounds might be available from Ohm-

Ohm C2s are nice rock speakers... Not terribly refined, but nice nonetheless. I enjoy mine...

However in the described condition, I'd pass or maybe talk him down, if the cabinets are real nice... $50 maybe $75..
